Our Raw Ukrainian Sunflower Honey comes from the vast sunflower fields that make Ukraine one of the world's largest producers of sunflower honey.
This 100% Ukrainian honey is naturally raw and minimally processed.
Sunflower honey is known for its bright golden colour and pleasantly sweet flavour, with gentle fruity and floral notes.
It has a slightly thicker texture and tends to crystallise more quickly than some other varieties.
