Delivery & Collection

Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) will usually be packed and handed over to the shipping company on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm on a working day or during non-working days will usually be packed and handed over to the shipping company on the following working day. If you have placed your order after 1 pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday, as we are closed over the weekend.

We aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

For orders of one tub, we use a courier service that relies solely on manual delivery methods, which eliminates machine sorting and helps ensure that the honey tubs arrive undamaged.

Cardboard box delivery – 1 working day after dispatch:

• 1 tub in a cardboard box (25 kg): £35.00

For deliveries of two or more tubs, we use pallet delivery.

Standard pallet delivery – 2 working days after dispatch:

• Up to 27 tubs on a pallet: £70.00

• Up to 4 drums on a pallet: £70.00

• Up to 165 boxes of jars (12 jars × 340 g per box) on a pallet: £70.00

Next-day pallet delivery – 1 working day after dispatch:

• Up to 27 tubs on a pallet: £80.00

• Up to 4 drums on a pallet: £80.00

• Up to 165 boxes of jars (12 jars × 340 g per box) on a pallet: £80.00

Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Please note that if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the delivery location being closed, or other circumstances on the recipient's side, an additional re-delivery charge will apply. The re-delivery charge is £10 for one tub delivered in a cardboard box and £45 for orders delivered on a pallet.

For Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkneys and Shetland, please contact us for a delivery quote, as additional charges will apply. The carriage costs quoted on the website are for delivery to mainland UK, Wales and mainland Scotland. We can deliver to the Highlands and Islands if the order is within the applicable weight limits. If there is a weight restriction, we will contact you.

Please be aware that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.

• PO30-41 (I.O.W): £120

• PH8-13, 15+: £140

• HS, IV41-51, 55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20+, ZE: £200

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as a misrouted parcel, damage in transit, weather conditions or any other issues outside our control, delivery may take longer than the estimated delivery time. To avoid any disappointment, please place your order in advance, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by such circumstances.

IMPORTANT: If the parcel is broken or appears damaged or degraded, please check that the items inside are not damaged. If they are damaged, DO NOT accept or sign for the delivery, as we may be unable to provide a refund or compensation once a damaged delivery has been accepted.

We accept returns for items up to 14 days after you have received them. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first by email at sales@wholesalehoney.co.uk, stating your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. They should be returned with the original packaging where possible. Return postage is paid by you.

You will receive a full refund via your original payment method, excluding the original delivery charge and any bank fees. If your order was delivered free of charge, we reserve the right to deduct the applicable delivery charge from your refund.

We are unable to accept the return of any of our honey products if the tamper seal has been broken, unless the product is deemed to be defective.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP

All products are also available for collection from our warehouse located at Unit 37, Great Western Way, Martock, Somerset TA12 6HB.

Simply select ‘Pick Up’ as your delivery method during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Our warehouse opening hours are 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Please wait for the notification before coming to collect your order. You will need to bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting your order.
