Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day (weekdays, excluding bank holidays) will usually be packed and handed over to the shipping company on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm on a working day or during non-working days will usually be packed and handed over to the shipping company on the following working day. If you have placed your order after 1 pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday, as we are closed over the weekend. We aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible, and you should receive them 3-4 days after dispatch.

 

Your order will be sent to the address you provide us. Please ensure that your delivery address and postcode are correct, as we do not take responsibility for any incorrect details provided. Also, kindly leave a contact number. If any products are damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so will make us unable to replace any items.

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetland, please contact us for a quote, as additional charges will apply. All carriage costs quoted on the website are for delivery to mainland UK, Wales, and mainland Scotland. We can deliver to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland if under a certain weight. In the event of a weight issue, we will contact you.

 

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as misrouted parcel, damage in transit, weather conditions, or any other issues out of our control, it could take longer than the estimated delivery time. To avoid any disappointment, please place your order in advance, as we do not take any responsibility for delays caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

 

Important: If the parcel is broken or looks degraded, please check that the items are not damaged. If they are, DO NOT sign the delivery, as there will be no refunds if you accept it.

 

WAREHOUSE PICKUP:

All products are also available for collection from our warehouse located at Unit 37, Great Western Way, Martock, Somerset TA12 6HB. Just select this option when going through the checkout, and we will contact you when the order is ready. By choosing 'Pick Up' as your delivery method, you can reserve your items ready for collection from our warehouse. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and our opening times are 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
