Our Coriander Honey is a distinctive monofloral honey with a naturally aromatic character, offering a unique combination of floral sweetness and subtle warm, aromatic notes. Sourced from the nectar of coriander blossoms, it has a beautiful golden colour and a pleasant, distinctive aroma that makes it an excellent choice for those looking for something different from traditional honey varieties.

Its balanced flavour and naturally aromatic profile make coriander honey a versatile ingredient for cafés, restaurants, bakeries, confectioneries, mead producers, farm shops, and health food stores. It can be enjoyed on its own, added to tea and other drinks, used in baking, or incorporated into a wide range of food and beverage products.

Sourced from the nectar of coriander blossoms, our honey is free from antibiotics, pesticides, and GMOs, providing a pure and natural product straight from the hive.
